September – working on Front Squats, Push Press and Muscle Up Foundations

During the month of September we will be focussing on improving our Front Squat and Push Press, and also building a solid foundation for muscle ups in October.  Muscle ups are like the holy grail of of movements in CrossFit and for many they seem an unreachable goal.  So we plan to spend September working on different components of the muscle up to build the required strength and stability and bring it all together in October. Some of this stuff may seem really boring but be patient – you will be making improvements to your overall fitness.
