WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. 2000m Jog

***This WOD is designed for you to just get moving and focus on a nice comfortable pace that you can maintain.  By all means, if you want to go all out, knock yourself out.

B. 3 rounds for load (not for time):

100m Sled drag

30 Push-ups (chest to the deck)

***Rest as needed between rounds
