There has been a real positive trend of people hitting regular PR’s on their lifts.  It is great to see.  I guess the programming is working.  Just be mindful that progressions will come with continued and consistent effort in your training. Try to get into the Box as regularly as you can.  That 1 hour of your day is for you.  It’s your opportunity to make yourself better. If you listen to the coaches, focus on your technique, and visualise what you are going to do before you do it, then you are putting yourself into a very good position for success. But if you don’t hit a PR, it’s not the end of the world.  There could be many factors for it such as stress, lack of sleep, fatigue, injury, poor nutrition, illness, impatience….and the list goes on. Do your best and let the chips fall where they may.  Good luck!  May the Gainz be with you.
