A. In teams of 3, perform:

30 cal Row

33 Lateral Burpee Box jumps 24/20″

30m Bear Crawl

33 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg


B. In the same teams, 5 rounds for time of:

30 DB Push Press 15/10kg

30 DB Front Squats 15/10kg

200m Run

***Substitute kettlebells for dumbbells if needed
