WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. 3 sets of:
20/15 cal Assault Bike
***Go hard on each set. Rest as needed between sets
B. Work your way through the different stations over 30 mins. Take it easy and focus on technique. This is not for time.
1: 10 Candlestick to Roll-up
2: 20m Bear Crawl
3: 30 sec Handstand Hold
4: 5 Bar to Invert
5: 15 sec low ring support hold + 15 sec high ring support hold
6: 3 attempts at max Broad Jump
