Today we are mixing it up a bit. MetCon first, Strength second. Even though we test your comfort zones here at GEO, there is still room for complacency. You have become accustomed to always hitting a strength piece first and then following it up with conditioning. Not today. Let’s see how the strength WOD holds up after the MetCon.
