Time to set a benchmark for your Clean


As has been mentioned, the month of August will see us focus on improving the Deadlift and Clean.  On Monday we tested our Deadlift.  Today we test the Clean.  Obviously we will still be doing a heap of other CrossFit stuff, but you will definitely notice a lot of deadlift and clean work.  Listen to the coaches and focus on your technique.  Trying to muscle through movements will only get you so far.  Sooner or later you will hit a wall.  Technique will trump brute strength.  Good luck!

5 rounds for time of:

10 Wallballs                      

10 Power Cleans 40/30kg                           

10 Box Jumps                

10 Push Press 40/30kg
