In pairs, perform the following 3 versions of the same WOD:

A. In pairs, perform 7 min AMRAP:

50 KBS 24/16kg
50 Goblet Squats
50 Pull-ups/Ring Rows
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
50 Anchored Sit-ups
5 Rope Climbs/10 Pull from floor to standing

 

B. In pairs, perform 10 min AMRAP:

50 KBS 24/16kg
50 Goblet Squats
50 Pull-ups/Ring Rows
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
50 Anchored Sit-ups
5 Rope Climbs/10 Pull from floor to standing

 

C. In pairs, perform for time:

50 KBS 24/16kg
50 Goblet Squats
50 Pull-ups/Ring Rows
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders
50 Anchored Sit-ups
