WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Time to try and hit a PR guys. Just ;ile the back squats on Monday, if you have been in consistently this month then you would have hit a lot of jerks and ancillary movements. A 1kg PR is better than a 5kg failed PR. Go for 1kg first then build up. Good luck!

10 Box Jumps
Pistols – Pistol on top of box, Pistol with plate, Pistol holding post
Toes to Bar – Kipping straight leg raises, V-ups
