WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. Team run carrying odd objects

* some of you have been introduced to the odd object carry + run. We will be doing this as one big group/team. You’ll be asked to work together to get said objects from one point to another.

B. In teams of 3, for time:

100 Anchored sit-ups (while one member holds 40/30kg bar overhead)

Rest 2 mins

100 Thruster 40/30kg (while one member holds plank)

Rest 2 mins

80 Pull-ups (while one member holds 40/30kg bar overhead)

Rest 2 mins

80 Weighted step-ups 20″ box 40/30kg (while one member holds a plank)
