Today’s workout will see you treat your plate (20 or 10kg) like a baby.  You will “nurse” it through various movements, and just like a baby, don’t throw it to the ground.  Show some love.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. 3 rounds not for time of:

10-15 Arch to Hollow Swings

30 sec Plank

 

B. For time:

400m Run carrying a 20/10kg plate

50 Burpees to plate

30 Overhead Lunges 20/10kg

20 Push-ups (alternate hand on plate/off plate)

10 Atomic Sit-ups 20/10kg
