There have been a few requests for some rope climbing technique work so here it is. Thought it might be a good idea to give your legs a bit of a rest too. You guys have gone hard this week. Keep it up.

10 mins to build to a 2RM Push Press
7 min AMRAP
20 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
