A. For time:

1200m Run

(3 x around the complex)

B. From experience I know many of you will be scared off coming into the Box today because of this workout.  Don’t be.  It is not as bad as it seems.  I know – I did it recently.  Remember why you come here to train – to better yourself.  To challenge yourself.  Just chip away at this WOD, one rep at a time and you will finish it.  Conquer your fear.  It is just a WOD.  It will not last forever.
