Tomorrow’s 8am session will be held at Boronia Park.  Meet on the corner of Park Road, Princes Street, Boronia Park.  The 7am Open gym and the 9am Lifting session are still on at the Box.

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

A. 2 rounds for time of:

500m Row

Rest 3 mins

250m Row

Rest 3 mins

650m Row

Rest 3 mins

B. In teams of 3, for time, complete:

400m Sled drag 80/60kg

100 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

***Only one person can drag the sled at a time
