A. 3 rounds of:                           

600m Run                          

Rest 1 min                         

400m Run                       

Rest 1 min                       

600m Run                        

Rest 3 mins                      

B. In teams of 3, 3 rounds for time of:    

50 Jumping Squats 20/15kg                          

50 S2OH 20/15kg           

****1 person hangs from bar for reps to count
