A. Tall Jerks (focussimg on speed and technique.  Keep it light)

B. 1RM Split Jerks

METCON

In pairs, for time:
Row 250m each (take turns)
50 Anchored sit-ups
Row 250m each
50 Squats
Row 250m each
50 Push-ups (chest to deck, not hand release)

***Sit-ups, Squats and Push-ups are shared
