WOD – Monday 4 July 2016

The month of July will see us all working on improving our squat strength and jerks.  These two movements along with accessory movements will feature prominently in the programming along with the usual mix of conditioning workouts. 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

1 1/4 Back squats 5-5-5-5-5

METCON

5 rounds for time of:

10 Single Arm Dumbbell Thrusters 20/10kg (5 on each arm)
10 Burpees
200m Run
