WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A.In teams of 3, you have 12 mins to perform:
then in remaining time, each person get a max Snatch (one bar per team)
Rest 10 mins
B. In teams of 3, you have 15 mins to perform:
then in time remaining, each person get a max Clean & Jerk (one bar per team)
***Wallball cannot be dropped for the duration of the WOD. If it touches the ground prior to the reps being finished, the whole team goes for a 100m Run. This applies also if your team is using two different size balls.
