WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

1RM Snatch

We have been working on Snatches all month.  Now it is time to retest and put everything into action.  A word of advice – when you get close to your PR, think about going 1kg heavier.  Don’t do your PR again.  You have done it.  Get a win under your belt and then go heavier.

METCON

5 rounds for time of:

15 Overhead Squats 40/30kg

200m Run
