Another podcast from the team at Brute Strength.  This time they speak to Bobby Maximus from Gym Jones.  This guy is a very well respected Strength and Conditioning Coach and he has some great advice on having the right mindset to achieve what you want to both in and out of the gym.  Have a listen.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

*Perform 8 sets of 20 secs of work, 10 secs of rest of each movement.  Rotate between the movements every 5 mins (includes 1 mins rest).  Your final score is the lowest sets of reps you perform for each movement.

1: Squats

2: Push-ups (not hand release but chest to the deck)

1 min Rest

3: Pull-ups or Ring Rows

1 min Rest

4: Jumping Lunges

1 min Rest

5: Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

1 min Rest

6: Row

1 min Rest
