Spend 10 mins going through squat clean tech

METCON

30 min EMOM where you will rotate every 10 mins to the next WOD.  The faster you go the more rest you get.

A. In pairs, work through:

Squat Cleans 60/40kg

Ring Dips

***Scale to Power Cleans, or a lighter weight, and Dips on a fixed rack

B. In pairs, work through:

“Karen”

150 Wallballs for time

C. In pairs, work through:

“Annie”

50-40-30-20-10

Double Unders

Sit-ups
