WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

In teams of 3:

400m Sandbag run (each, run as a relay)

80 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg (shared)

400m Sled Drag 60kg (all members together can share load)

80 cal Airdyne (shared)

400m Farmers Carry 24/16kg (all walk 400m together but only one person carries two KB’s)
