WORKOUT OF THE DAY
***Take the opportunity to work on your technique and try to go as heavy as possible for a full squat snatch. This will be a benchmark that we will build upon over the course of the month.
In pairs, alternate complete rounds for 3 each of:
15 Box Jumps
15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
15 HR Push-ups
