400m Run (Time)

Max Effort 400m Run


Pull-ups (Max reps)

Pull-ups are strict – no bands. If you cannot do a pull-up perform scaled version with bar on rack


Metcon (Time)

In teams of 3, perform 3 rounds for time of:

45 Sit-ups

45 cal Row

45 Push Press 40/30kg

***Perform 15 complete reps, before the next team member begins. Finish one movement at a time.
