WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Front Squat 6-6-6-6

  • Each rep should start with a 4-count down, then ascend as quickly as possible. Build up the weight over the course of the sets.

METCON

A. 3 rounds cals of:

7 Power Cleans 50/35kg

2 min Row (for cals)

Rest 2 mins

* Record total cals

 

B. 3 rounds for time of:

15 Deadlifts 80/60kg

50 Double Unders/150 Singles

Rest 2 mins
