WOD – Saturday 14 May 2016


We have 3 sessions running every Saturday morning – the 7am Open Gym is a time when you can come in and work on your mobility, hit your own WOD or do a WOD you missed during the week, or how about hitting the “Get your First Strict Pull-up” program that is posted on the GEO website under “Online Resources” .

The 8am session is a team workout for all levels to get involved in.  We call the se the “Talon” sessions.  

Then finally we have the 9am session which is our Olympic Lifting Session overseen by Bunnings.  If you want to improve your Olympic Lifts definitely get yourself in for this one.  Bunnings breaks it right down so that everyone benefits no matter how experienced you are.



In teams of 3, perform 30 min AMRAP:

50 Box Jumps
50 Ring Rows
50 Squat Jumps 20/15kg
50 Push Press 40/30kg
50 Deadlifts 60/40kg
