WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

In teams of 4:

50 Tyre Flips (every time you flip, jump in and out of the tyre)
400m Farmers Carries 24/16kg
400m Tyre Carry (Whole Team)
100 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
100 Hand Release Push-ups
400m Run (together)

* One person at a time flips tyre
** Whole team walks 400m together for Farmers Carries. One person carries pair of 24’s & another carries pair of 16’s.
