WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. Strict Press 5-5-5
B. Push Press 3-3-3
With a 21 min continuously running clock, perform:
A. 7 mins to complete 1500m/1000m Row (rest if completed within 7 mins)
B. 7 mins to complete 50 Burpees (rest if completed within 7 mins)
C. 7 mins to complete 40 Back Squats 50/35kg (rest if completed within 7 mins)
