WORKOUT OF THE DAY

“Talon WOD”

In teams of 3:                                 

Take 10 mins to build to a 1 RM C&J,

then:           

25 min AMRAP              

Each team member performs 1 C&J (@80% of 1RM – one bar per team)      

50 Ring Rows                        

50 Box Jumps                          

50 KBS 24/16kg               

****If anyone misses their C&J, whole team does 10 Burpees
