METCON

A. “Tabata This”

8 rounds of Jumping Lunges

then

8 rounds of HR Push-ups

then

8 rounds of Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg

* each round consists of 20 secs of max effort followed by 10 secs of rest

 

B. Alternate complete rounds for 3 each of:

10 HSPU/10 Box HSPU

10 Pull-ups/20 Hollow to Arch Swings
