TIP OF THE DAY – If you normally tear your hands during WODs with lots of pull-ups or toes to bar, buy yourself some sports tape and tape your hands up.  Watch the vid below for instructions on how to prepare the tape.

With a 15 min continuously running clock,
3 min AMRAP
6 Pull-ups (scaled to Ring Rows)
6 Box Jumps 24/20″
1 min to get 1RM Cluster
4 min AMRAP
8 Pull-ups
8 Box Jumps
1 min to get 2RM Cluster
5 min AMRAP
10 Pull-ups
10 Box Jumps
1 min to get 3RM Cluster
