WOD – Thursday 21 April 2016

After a pretty brutal 3 days of WODs, we are toning it down a little today.  We’ll be hitting some benchmark tests that we’ll be using to see where individual’s baselines are with regards to certain movements and WODs.  These benchmark results along with others we’ll be establishing in coming weeks will be used to help with programming and individual member development.
