WOD – Thursday 7 April 2016

Don’t forget that tonight Bunnings will be running the Oly Lifting session at 7.15pm.  The session will also run on Saturday morning at 9.00am.  You will get benefit by coming to both.  On the flipside, you will not be left behind if you can only make one session.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON A.

In teams of 3, 12 min AMRAP:

30 cal Row

30 Over Your Partner Burpees

30 Goblet Squats

 

METCON B.

In teams of 3, 12 min AMRAP:

40 Deadlifts 80/60kg

40 Thrusters 40/30kg

40 Pull-ups

***Only one bar per team.  Change plates accordingly.
