We have have a few events coming up at GEO in coming weeks.  Pop these into your diary:

Rainbow Round of Sport – team WOD, supporting LGBT particpation in all sports – Saturday 2 March 7am to 9am

Talon Team WODSTuesday nights 7.15pm (starting 5 April) and Saturday mornings 8.00am (starting 9 April)

Oly Lifting Sessions – Thursday nights 7.15pm (starting 7 April) and Saturday mornings 9.00am (starting 9 April)

End of the The Open & End of the Kaizen Challenge celebratory drink – Saturday 2 March, 6pm

Masters League Online Competition – Saturday 23 March, 3pm

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Take 20 mins to build up to a heavy 3RM Clean, with a focus on technique.  If that means you need to keep light to get a squat clean, then keep it light.

METCON

5 rounds for time of:

10 Ring Dips

30 Double Unders (or 10 DU’s + 40 Singles, or 60 Singles)

50 Bodyweight Squats
