WORKOUT OF THE DAY
Take 20 mins to build up to a heavy 3RM Clean, with a focus on technique. If that means you need to keep light to get a squat clean, then keep it light.
5 rounds for time of:
10 Ring Dips
30 Double Unders (or 10 DU’s + 40 Singles, or 60 Singles)
50 Bodyweight Squats
