WOD – 16.3

Here’s the 3rd instalment of the CrossFit Open – 16.3.  This is a real forearm burner no matter which version you are doing.  If you are going for the bar muscle ups,pace yourself on the snatches so that you can direct your focus on technique and breath to the muscle up.  If you are doing Scaled, just keep moving, but don’t go like a bull out of the gates.  It will punish you.  Pick a fast but “comfortable’ pace.  7 mins is longer than you think.  Good luck!
