WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Deadlifts 21-21-21

Spend 5mins building up to 50-60% of your 1RM then commence your sets of 21, building up the weight for each set.  The goal is to go unbroken.

METCON

Partner WOD

Alternate rounds to complete 3 each of:

15 Goblet Squats 24/16kg

200m Run

10 Pull-ups
