WOD – Saturday 5 March 2016

16.2 baby!

Here it is – workout number 2 of The Open.  A few of us had a crack yesterday.  It’s a “fun” WOD and one that really makes a difference when you have your mates rooting for you.  4 minutes goes real quick so having that motivation from the sidelines will keep you moving.  I encourage you all to come in and have a go.  It doesn’t matter if you can’t RX it.  Choose the Scaled version and see how far you can go.  And if you need to scale further, that’s not a problem. We can modify the WOD just as we would any other workout.

The WOD is listed below.  The text in green refers to the Scaled version of the WOD.

Hope to see you in the Box.
