Talon Team sesh will be on tonight at 7.15pm. All are welcome. All WODs are scaleable. Come in and bash out a WOD with some of the other GEO crew. Please note that as of next Tuesday 1 March, the 7.15pm session on Tuesday will be a dedicated Olympic Lifting session. Talon will move to Thursday nights at 7.15pm from next week.
