WOD – Saturday 20 February 2016
Don’t forget, for all of you adventurers, we’ll be heading out to ClimbFit this Sunday at 4pm to put our strength and flexibility to the test with an afternoon of indoor rock climbing. It is located at 12 Frederick Street, St Leonards. There has not been any booking made. Just rock up (excuse the pun), handover your hard-earned ($23 for entry and harness, $26 for entry, harness and shoes), and get kitted up. If you have not done it before, the instructors will run you through basic belaying and climbing procedures, then you are good to climb for as long as you want. It’s a big gym with lots of different grades of climbs so there is something for everyone. Feel free to bring friends and family. Hope to see you there.
