Perform 5 sets of 1 Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

***Build up the weight over the sets

METCON

3 rounds for time of:

15 Strict Handstand Push-ups

20 Alternate Front Rack Lunges 60/40kg

***Scale Strict HSPU to Kipping HSPU or Box HSPU
