Every min on the min, do 5 burpees. For the remainder of the min, do max Thrusters 60/40kg.
16 min timecap.
Partners alternate each min – “A” does 5 burpees and max thrusters in 1st min, then “B” does 5 burpees and max thrusters, and so on. Record total Thrusters.
