Take 15 mins to work on your double under technique.

***If you have your double unders, perform 3 rounds of 50 Double unders + 200m Run at a nice easy pace.

METCON

3 rounds for time of:

10 Clean & Jerks 60/40kg

20 Double Unders

15 Ring Rows
