Benchmark Testing Day – CrossFit Total
Today we are going to hit a strength based benchmark workout – CrossFit Total. Do your best today but make sure you maintain good form. Do not go for a PR at the expense of unsafe lifting technique. We will retest this again in another month.
We’ll be cutting it fine to get all three lifts in within the hour, including warm-up and transitions so please stick to the times allocated for each lift.
WORKOUT OF THE DAY
A. 20 mins to find a 1RM Back Squat
B. 12 mins to find a 1RM Strict Press
C. 15 mins to find a 1RM Deadlift
