Dexa scans will be carried out in the carpark beside the Box. Normal sessions will run right up until the 7.15pm Open gym, which will only run until 8pm.

Take 20 mins to build up to a heavy back squat
In pairs perform:
***Break up the reps how you see fit. Only one person can be working at a time.
