A. Take 10 mins to work on Handstand holds, against the wall or freestanding.                              

METCON

B. In pairs, alternate rounds for 30 min AMRAP:                                          

5 Push-ups                          

10 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg                           

15 Squats                       

200m Run
