WOD – Monday 28 December 2015

We are only running 8am today guys.  Head in for this doozy of a WOD.  If you are not quite up to hitting it all on your own, feel free to work through it with a partner or do half “Murph”.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

1.6km Run

100 Pull-ups

200 Push-ups

300 Squats

1.6km Run
