WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

Take 10 mins to build to a heavy Front Squat, then

15 min EMOM

Every 3 mins, perform 3 Front Squats

 

METCON

15 min EMOM

Min 1: 10 Ring Dips/Stationary Dips

Min 2: 10 Toes to Bar/Straight Leg Raises

Min 3: 15 Kettlebell Swings 24/16kg
