Today will be our last HIIT class for the year.  HIIT will return to GEO in the new year

 

WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

With a 15 min continuously running clock, perform:

A. Max Rep Bar facing Burpees for 3 mins, then

B. In remaining 12 mins, build to 1RM Clean & Jerk
