WORKOUT OF THE DAY

STRENGTH

3 sets of:

6 Deadlifts

Rest 90 secs

15 Ring or Stationary Dips

Rest 90 secs

***Advanced athletes, commence your ring dips with a muscle up)

METCON

In pairs, perform 3 rounds for time of:

500m Row

15 Hand Release Push-ups

25 Kettlebell Swings 32/24kg

***Perform as an Indian File i.e. Partner B only moves forward after Partner A finishes the respective movement.
