WORKOUT OF THE DAY

METCON

In pairs, with only one person working at a time, perform:

200 Wallballs
600m Overhead Carry 20/10kg plate
200 Hand release Push-ups
600m Overhead Carry 20/10kg plate

***You can share the reps and the carry. The carry is performed by holding a plate overhead. It cannot rest on your head and cannot be held below the height of your head. If it is, then it must be given to your partner to continue. Every time you swap carriers, both members must do 3 burpees before continuing.
